Refund Policy

1. Nature of Coaching Services

Encouragement Coaching™ consists of personalized, time-based professional services. Coaching engagements involve preparation, scheduling, and the reservation of limited availability.

Because of the individualized and time-committed nature of coaching, purchases are treated differently than physical products or on-demand digital content.

2. General Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all coaching services are non-refundable once purchased.

This policy reflects the commitment of time, preparation, and availability required to deliver coaching services.

3. Exceptions (Limited and Discretionary)

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Generationology LLC. Such circumstances may include:

  • An administrative error resulting in duplicate charges
  • A cancellation initiated by Generationology LLC before services begin
  • Extraordinary situations where continuing the engagement is not reasonably possible

Any approved refund will be limited to the unused portion of services and may be subject to reasonable administrative fees.

4. Missed or Unused Sessions

Coaching sessions that are missed, canceled late, or not scheduled within the agreed timeframe are not refundable.

Clients are responsible for engaging in scheduling and participation in a timely manner.

5. Payment Plans and Installments

If a payment plan or installment option is offered:

  • Payments already made are non-refundable
  • Remaining scheduled payments may be canceled only if services have not yet commenced, subject to written agreement

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Generationology LLC directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback after services have begun may be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in termination of services.

7. Program Changes or Termination

Generationology LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue services if circumstances require. In such cases, any refund decisions will be made in good faith and consistent with the nature of services provided.

8. Acknowledgment

By purchasing coaching services through Encourage.coach, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to this Refund Policy.
