3. Enrollment and Payment

All purchases are processed through Square, a third-party payment provider.

By enrolling:

• You agree to pay the listed fees for the selected service
• You authorize Square to process payment on behalf of Generationology LLC
• Generationology LLC does not store or process payment card information directly.

4. Scheduling and Participation

Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. You are responsible for:

• Attending sessions on time
• Communicating promptly if rescheduling is needed

Specific scheduling, rescheduling, or cancellation terms may be communicated separately and are considered part of these Terms.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated in writing, coaching services are non-refundable once purchased.

This reflects the personalized and time-based nature of coaching services.
